Timing depends on the scope and clarity of the active request. Some minor updates can be completed within 48 hours. Small, well-defined items typically move fast, while larger requests are planned as milestones across weeks or months. We'll discuss realistic timing before work begins.

Larger efforts are broken into practical milestones that can move through the queue in sequence. A discovery call helps determine whether subscription support is the right model for the work, if a project-based approach will be better, or if additional external resources are needed.
If revisions are needed, we will continue making them until you're happy with the deliverable before we move on to the next project. If revisions are requested due to gaps in the request or uncommunicated needs, the changes will be considered a new project in a reprioritized queue.
Yes, you can pause or cancel at any time. This works well if you have projects some months and not others; just let us know beforehand.
If work has already started and you wish to cancel, you can choose to receive a 50% refund or use the remainder of your plan at any time.
If you know you won't use the full month, pause and resume when you're ready. You can even resume months later.
Plans are automatcially billed monthly. It's up to you to make the most of your plan. If you think you're not going to use your full plan for the month, we recommend to pause your subscription, then restart when you have a need. Time will not rollover and accumulate.
It's largely just me. I have over 26 years in digital media production, and have a variety of clients from global enterprises to local businesses. At times I may leverage my small network of talented artists and programmers at no additional cost to you.
Additional external services are available such as photographers and other specialists, and can be managed through your subscription, but are billed separately.
